2.3. Customers choosing Bank Transfer must confirm their payment by sending proof of transfer via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours to avoid order cancellation.

3. Shipping & Delivery
3.1. We offer free shipping within Indonesia on all orders, using J&T Express.
Delivery time: 4–7 business days.
3.2. For international orders, we offer free shipping on purchases of $100 or more, using EMS (Express Mail Service). Orders below $100 will be subject to standard EMS shipping rates, calculated at checkout.
Delivery time: 10–15 business days (may vary by destination and customs processing).
3.3. A tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp once the order has been shipped.
3.4. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
