2. Design Discussion – Our team will review your request and discuss materials, pricing, and production time.
3. Confirmation & Payment – Once the design is finalized, we’ll require a deposit to start production.
4. Production & Delivery – Your custom jewelry will be handcrafted with care and shipped once completed.

Custom orders take 1-2 weeks to complete, depending on complexity.
Personalized or custom pieces are non-refundable unless defective.
