Shipment & Return


All Silverkita items ship from Bali, Indonesia. We ship orders Monday through Saturday via EMS (Express Mail Service) for International or JNE for Indonesia

Deliveries for International orders usually take between 7-14 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries) and 2-4 Business for Indonesia Deliveries

- Flat Rate for all orders $22.00 (International)
- Flat Rate for Indonesia orders $2.00 (JNE OKE)
- Express Courier Service for Indonesia $3.00 (JNE Regular)

All orders are fully traceable. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking details. Once your order arrives in your country it will be passed onto your local post office to complete delivery. We highly recommend contacting your local post office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order as we are not responsible past that point.


All Silverkita jewelry is warranted against manufacturer‘s defects. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and believe the merchandise is defective, we accept exchanges within 7 days of receipt. Merchandise will not be accepted for return without prior authorization from Silverkita. Please be prepared to send images of the defective item in order for us to determine whether it is defective or not. Merchandise determined to be defective due to manufacturer default will be exchanged for an identical item, or an item of equal value if no stock is available.

All returned merchandise must be unworn, in resalable condition and with all original packaging intact. Returned items that have been worn or are not in resalable condition will be refused and returned to the sender. Shipping charges and return fees are not refundable.
